Refund policy
Return Policy Summary
- Return Window: 30 days from receiving your item.
- Eligibility: Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process: Contact ecomsalim776@gmail.com. to request a return. Returns must be sent to the specified address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return Label: If approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions.
Damages & Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items to resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us for specific concerns.
Exchanges:
- For exchanges, return the item first and then purchase the new item separately.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
